Mission Statement

“The U.S. Copts Association was founded by Michael Meunier in 1996 as a non-profit organization in the U.S.A. The U.S. Copts Association publishes and in both English and Arabic, as an educational resource on Coptic matters, specifically relating to the treatment of the Christians in Egypt. The websites also serve as a tool for the documentation of the discrimination and human rights violations faced by the Coptic minority within their homeland. U.S. Copts Association is dedicated to raising awareness regarding the plight of the Copts within Egypt and educating the Coptic community both in Egypt and abroad on issues of human rights, democracy, and religious freedom. ...”
