Compared with the general public, which is overwhelmingly Christian, Asian Americans are more religiously diverse. This rapidly growing, largely immigrant group is contributing to the growth of Hinduism, Buddhism and other non-Abrahamic faiths in the U.S. But most Asian Americans belong to the country’s two largest religious groups: Christians and the unaffiliated.
